Terms & conditions.
The important details about using Holiday Price Tracker. Please read this before setting up a tracker.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Holiday Price Tracker. By creating a tracker, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Service description
Holiday Price Tracker is an independent tool that monitors prices for certain holiday providers and emails you when the price changes based on the alert rules you choose. We do not sell or manage holidays ourselves.
No travel agency
We are not a travel agent, airline, hotel, or booking platform. Any booking you make is directly with the provider (such as TUI, First Choice, Jet2holidays, Haven, Hoseasons, Norfolk Hideaways, cottages.com and Novasol) and their terms, conditions, and privacy policies will apply to that booking.
Price information
Prices and availability shown in our emails or UI are based on information from third-party providers and may change quickly. We do not guarantee that any price, promotion, or offer will be available when you go to book.
You are responsible for checking the final price, taxes, fees, and restrictions directly with the provider before you confirm a booking.
Your responsibilities
No guarantees
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that any particular alert will be sent or received.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we improve the service or add new features. If you continue to use Holiday Price Tracker after changes take effect, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
Contact
If you have questions about these terms or how the service works, please contact the owner of this project using the details provided wherever you discovered Holiday Price Tracker (for example, the project README or website).
